EtgSky respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers and users to do the same.
This policy applies to content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided to EtgSky for personalized or custom-made products.
Customer-Uploaded Content
Customers may upload photos, images, artwork, names, text, designs, or other content for use in personalized products.
By uploading or submitting content to EtgSky, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have obtained the necessary permission or authorization to use it for the requested personalized product.
- Your use of the content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
- You have the right to provide the content to EtgSky for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your personalized order.
Prohibited Content
Customers must not submit content that they do not own or have permission to use.
This includes, without appropriate authorization:
- Copyrighted characters, artwork, illustrations, or other protected creative works.
- Movie, television, anime, game, comic, or other commercial characters and intellectual property.
- Brand names, trademarks, logos, or other protected brand elements.
- Celebrity or public figure images where the customer does not have the necessary rights or permission.
- Artwork, photographs, designs, or other content copied or downloaded from third parties without permission.
Review of Customization Requests
EtgSky reserves the right to review, reject, cancel, or request additional information regarding a customization request if we reasonably believe that the submitted content may infringe third-party intellectual property or other legal rights.
Where appropriate, we may request evidence showing that the customer has permission or authorization to use the submitted content.
If sufficient authorization cannot be provided when requested, we may refuse to produce the personalized product and may cancel the affected order.
Personal Photos
Customers may submit personal photos, such as photos of their own pets, family members, partners, or other personal images, provided that they have the necessary rights or permission to use those images.
Customers should not submit photographs or other content obtained from third parties unless they have permission to use them for the requested personalization.
Limited Use of Uploaded Content
Content submitted for personalization may be used by EtgSky and service providers involved in order fulfillment only as reasonably necessary to process, produce, fulfill, support, or resolve issues relating to the customer's order, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Submission of content for a personalized order does not transfer ownership of the customer's intellectual property to EtgSky.

Repeated submission of unauthorized or infringing content may result in restrictions on future customization requests or services.

Unless otherwise stated, the content created by or for EtgSky and displayed on our website, including original text, graphics, designs, branding elements, website content, and other materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without appropriate permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
